Offerings
I support people who are:
-
Living through loss – especially losses of non-human things like community, trust, stability, safety, hope, or expectations for the future – and seeking a space to hold grief, anger, and fear
-
Seeking real talk and resilience practices in the face of climate crisis and global instability
-
Facing discrimination, exclusion, or invisibility, and longing for a space where you are held in your full humanity
-
Disabled or chronically ill (or questioning whether your experiences “count” enough) – navigating ableism, disbelief, internalized ableism, institutional or medical abuse, chronic pain, shifting abilities, grief, perhaps facing mortality
I help people name what’s real, connect to their own knowing, hold the awfulness, and reimagine possibilities for hope and joy. I offer sturdy accompaniment for terrifying existential questions—if you want to go there; I’ll never force you—and space to explore what might come next. I also offer spiritual and embodied practices to help hold what’s too big to carry alone.
